Paw Patrol

Do you have what it takes to be a PAW Patrol Trainee? Join Ryder, Chase and Marshall as they answer Mayor Goodway’s call for help to save the “Adventure Bay Talent Show”. Get Ready for Action and warm up as Ryder and the Pups take you through all the moves for the Pup, Pup Boogie and make this the best rescue mission ever!

Trolls

Join the stars of Trolls – Poppy and Branch, Poppy with a song in her heart, she knows life is all about cupcakes and rainbows and Branch, who is very cautious, careful but is always ready for anything – except Poppy’s personality.

Poppy and Branch have their up’s and downs but always make friends and understand each other in the end!

Daniel Stoneman and Anjali Raj

Daniel Stoneman and Anjali Raj, have been entertaining crowds from the Sunshine Coast down to the Gold Coast for years. Daniel’s diverse sound lets him cover a vast range of genres and of course all the classics which make you want to get up and dance. Anjali has an array of talents from singing to dancing; Anjali is best known for her singing abilities in Brisbane bands Jezelle and Honey. Both artists love entertaining and are looking forward to performing at KiteFest in 2017.

Liam Bryant and the Handsome Devils

Liam Bryant has been serenading Brisbane audiences with his soulful sounds for more than a decade. Joined by his trusty friends Stompy (an acoustic stompbox) and Tamby (a foot tambourine) to provide the ever-important percussion and back beat, Liam plays a unique and progressive mix of contemporary and classical guitar with soothingly melodic vocals.

Sam Hay

Sam Hay is an independent singer/songwriter, playing the acoustic and electric guitar accompanied with soft vocals and harmonica, Sam creates her own personal way of storytelling through her originals, and creates her own versions of well-known covers for everyone to enjoy. In Sam’s short career, she has able to create a self-produced EP, go on a self- funded tour down the East Coast of Australia, play small to large events and venues, including for the Melbourne Storm rugby league team and recently, take a win in a locally recognised competition- “Beach Buskers of Mooloolaba”, in search of the best buskers on the Sunshine Coast. She is now appearing on large social platforms such as BalconyTV, 91.9SeaFM and multiple venues around Sunshine Coast and surrounds.

Karrie Hayward

When you blend the rich, soulful vocal tones with the vibrant, percussive timbre of a guitar, you get Karrie Hayward – practically music when it meets the ocean. This folk pop singer-songwriter is making waves on the surface with a new single, ‘Gypsies’ freshly released, following her debut single ‘Elijah’ which reached Top 10 on the ITunes Singer-Songwriter chart. Karrie endeavours to constantly work on evolving her sound and sharing new music to the world and is excited to be part of the KiteFest program in 2017!

Danny Jazz Mose Trio

Danny Mose is a vocalist and guitar player, is influenced by Donny Hathaway and Stevie Wonder. His music is a fine blend of Jazz, Soul and Groove. He currently performs regularly at local cafes and restaurants in the Northside of Brisbane where he also resides

Alex & Bec Crook

Alex & Bec Crook are a Brisbane Brother Sister duo, with country folk pop influences. Alex Crook, started playing and creating music when he was seventeen and since has written a long list of original songs. The brother and sister came together a couple of years ago and together created their most recent EP, 21 Nights, their single ‘Suitcase’ hitting the ground running and featuring on many country radio stations around Australia. With a resume that already includes Finalist in the QMusic Awards for Country, and appearances at Caloundra Music Festival, Gympie Muster, Tamworth Country Music Festival, and Urban Country Music Festival, the Crooks’ amazing journey looks set to continue.

Dan Horne

Dan Horne is an English born, Australian singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist. His music is built on Blues and Roots foundations with folk undertones. Dan pulls influence and inspiration from many forms of world music. Lapsteel guitar techniques from india,Hawaii and the deep south meet folk driven melodies and chord progressions, more familiar in Americana styles. His Solo live shows are mesmerising and encompassing. His layed back attitude and ability to engage any crowd instantly is infectious.

Josh and Ellie

Josh n Ellie are a young acoustic pop duo from our very own backyard! They joined after initially performing a song together at the Red Music Centre showcase and automatically clicked both musically and socially.  Josh’s incredible guitar skills and Ellie’s amazing vocal range are both complimented by their ability to harmonise and add a unique twist to any cover song.  Aged just 13 and 12 respectively, Josh n Ellie are both experienced musicians who have played at a number of venues throughout Moreton Bay and North of Brisbane. Josh n Ellie’s versatility allows them to play a wide range of music to suit most tastes.
